Pork hind feet is cut off from pork carcass with circular saw which is a part of the automatic primal cutting unit. The cutting point is from the joint which is located in the back of the heel. Back feet are packed to carton with blue inner bag and after that freezing. The product is a fixed weight 10kg/carton.
